Welcome to The Engine's conference room booking portal. This page provides  information about our meeting spaces, booking procedures, and guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all residents.

Booking Process

To reserve a conference room:

  1. Access the Booking Portal: Visit Nexudus for your desired location (750 Main St or 501 Mass Ave) and navigate to the "Bookings" tab.
  2. Choose Your View: Select from Card View, Calendar View, or Floor Plan View to find available rooms.
  3. Book Your Room: Select the room, input the desired time and duration, and click "Confirm Booking."
  4. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your reservation details.
